Crossplay Status
Yes — Aniimo supports cross-platform multiplayer across PC, PS5, Xbox and mobile. Players on different hardware can join the same co-op sessions and take part in Egg Heist together, and cross-progression carries the same character between platforms.
The real restriction is the server rather than the platform. Aniimo runs separate Aniimo-America, Aniimo-Europe and Aniimo-Apac servers, and progress does not transfer between them. On PS5 your server is set automatically from the registered region of your PSN account, so check that before linking accounts.

Buying Keys
Aniimo is free-to-play on all platforms. There is no need to purchase a key — download directly from the platform store (Steam, PlayStation Store, Xbox Store, or mobile app stores).
Avoid third-party key sellers. Since the game is free, any listing charging money for an Aniimo key is a scam.
