Aniimo Starters: Helion vs Lunara
When you begin Aniimo, you choose between two Light-type DPS starters. Your choice cannot be reversed — pick carefully.
Helion — Melee Light DPS
Type: Light | Role: DPS | Style: Melee / Close Combat
Base Stats: HP 100 · ATK 116 · Magic DEF 72 · Physical DEF 72 · Regen 90 · Break 64
Trait — Solar Grace: When not using an advantageous element, damage increases by 30%. Every 4 basic attacks grants Solar Halo, which enhances the next skill.
Key Skills: Light Bombardment (Holy Light explosion, +30% with Ring of Golden Sun), Holy Roar (stacks Light damage +6% up to 3×), Holy Storm (pulls targets, high BREAK, Solar Halo adds 1s stun).
Ultimate — Helios' Judgment: Evolves into Soleon. Massive damage, +15% Damage Amp, gains Ring of the Golden Sun.
Lunara — Ranged Light DPS
Type: Light | Role: DPS | Style: Ranged / Safe
Base Stats: HP 100 · ATK 116 · Magic DEF 72 · Physical DEF 72 · Regen 90 · Break 64
Trait — Lunar Power: When not using an advantageous element, damage increases by 30%. Casting a skill or Ultimate grants 4 stacks of Silver Moon Mark. Each basic attack consumes 1 stack, deals 100% extra damage, and restores 0.5% HP.
Key Skills: Moon Impact (full moon drop, Fox Mark bonus), Lumin Bolts (3 Light missiles, Fox Mark reduces Light Resistance 5% up to 3×), Lunar Eclipse (BREAK damage based on target level).
Ultimate — Selene's Judgment: Evolves into Fennelun. Massive damage, +15% Damage Amp, gains 4 stacks Silvermoon Mark.
Which Starter Should You Pick?
Pick Helion if you prefer close-combat, aggressive play. Helion rushes in, groups enemies with Holy Storm, and deletes them with boosted Light damage. The melee playstyle is faster-paced and rewards players who like to stay in the action.
Pick Lunara if you prefer safer, ranged combat. Lunara fights at distance while healing through Silver Moon Mark's 0.5% HP restore per hit. This sustain makes her more forgiving — you can clear content with less dodging and positioning.
Both starters have identical base stats. The difference is entirely in playstyle and skill rotation. Neither is objectively stronger — choose based on how you like to play.
Important: It is not yet confirmed whether you can unlock the other starter later in the story. The main story mentions awakening the one you did not pick, but whether you keep it permanently is 待确认. Choose as if it is permanent.
